including its divisions, directors, employees, agents, and subcontractors, shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, infection, injury, or death arising from any cleaning or remediation services (the “Service”) provided by Azure Horizons and its divisions. This includes, without limitation, any issues related to the effectiveness of the cleaning, disinfection, or remediation products used during the delivery of the Service.

Azure Horizons makes no warranty regarding the complete eradication of SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) (“Coronavirus”). Although Azure Horizons follows protocols recommended by recognised national and international authorities, no testing method currently exists that can verify the total elimination of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Azure Horizons guarantees that its disinfection procedures are designed to reduce the spread and risk associated with SARS-CoV-2. However, despite best efforts and adherence to established protocols, Azure Horizons cannot provide absolute assurance or a 100% guarantee of full eradication.
